Cancellation Policy

At Good Vibes Salon Studio, I’m honored to be your private luxury nail artist. Together, we’ll enhance your quality of life with positive vibrations only! Please review the following policies to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Nail Preparation The best results are achieved on clean, enhancement-free nails. Please arrive with natural nails to allow for optimal service. Adding Services If you need additional services such as pedicures, removals, fills, repairs, or specialty care, be sure to add these to your booking form. This ensures the proper time and pricing for your appointment. Payments A $22 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your total service cost. The remaining balance must be paid in exact cash only as no change will be provided. Digital payments are not accepted. Non-refundable means no exceptions—deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances. Rescheduling Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment to transfer your deposit one time. Missed or canceled appointments will require a new deposit to book. Time Management If you’re attending an event, please avoid booking the same day, as I take my time to ensure quality results. If you’re running late, please text me as soon as possible. A $15 late fee will apply if you’re more than 20 minutes late. Cancellations Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in 100% of the remaining balance being charged to the card on file. Any failed payments must be cleared in full before you can rebook. Inspiration and Serviceability If you have an inspirational nail design in mind, please upload a picture when booking. For any broken or damaged nails or toes, upload a photo to confirm that the service can be performed. 1-on-1 Appointments To maintain a private and focused environment, no extra guests or children are allowed during appointments. Personal Belongings Please leave large bags and purses in your car. Small clutches or wallets are welcome. Phone Usage To ensure smooth service, keep phone usage to a minimum while your hands are being worked on. Thank you for understanding and respecting these policies.
